RETURN POLICY

The deadline for requesting a return is 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.

RETURNS DUE TO HOWEA ERROR OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product received does not correspond to the order or arrives defective due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping and collection costs. In this case, the total amount of the product will be refunded once it has been received and its condition verified. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to verify the incident.

VOLUNTARY RETURN
If the customer wishes to return the product voluntarily, the shipping and return costs will be at their expense. The amount of the product will be refunded once it has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, unused, with its original label and packaging.

VOLUNTARY PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another model or variant voluntarily, they will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new product and the collection of the previous one.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS
The product must be unused, unwashed, with its original label and in perfect condition. If it shows signs of damage or use, the return may be rejected.
