RETURN POLICY
The deadline for requesting a return is 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.
RETURN DUE TO HOWEA ERROR OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product received does not correspond to the order or arrives defective due to our error, we will pay the shipping and collection costs. In this case, the total amount of the product will be refunded once it has been received and its condition has been verified. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to verify the incident.
VOLUNTARY RETURN

VOLUNTARY PRODUCT CHANGEOVER

5. Shipping Policy: Delivery and Transportation Costs
HOWEA 2022 SL ships to USA, Mexico and Europe through different parcel companies and logistics operators, depending on the destination, weight and volume of the shipment. HOWEA 2022 SL reserves the right to choose the parcel company and operator that offers the best conditions for each order depending on the destination and characteristics of the shipment.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase prices, and will be applied at the time of order confirmation. The costs will vary depending on the location and characteristics of the order.
